BAKED CRAB CAKES WITH JAPANESE BREAD CRUMBS

Crab Cakes Ingredients: 2 green onions, minced, 1/2 small red pepper, 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbs flour, 3 tbs heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbs fresh chives, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, 2 pound Lump Crab Meat, salt and pepper to taste, Portion your crab cakes to the size you like. (round crab cakes about 4 inched) Breading: 1 cup flour, 3 eggs, 2 cups Japanese Bread Crumbs ( your choice to bread your crab cakes or not)

Now that you have portioned and sized your crab cakes and you have all the ingredients you can brown the outside of your crab cakes in a pan and finished your crab cakes in the oven. Set your oven on about 375 degrees and baked them for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook for about 15 TO 20 minutes. (Time may very depending on the size of your fish.)

GRILLED TUNA OR SALMON, place your fish on the hot grill and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes on both sides. Then while waiting for your fish to cook, you can rub some of your marinade onto your fish from the head to tail end.
