  Here at nhdcooking we have multiple ways for our visitors to make cooking fun. Cooking with fresh herbs, fresh vegetables is the best way to stay healthy and fit. Eating more fruits and vegetables is the key to looking younger and full of energy. Making better choices in what you eat on a daily basis is truly a great solution to having a longevity life style. I would like to point out one of the greatest and simple ways to loose a few pounds a week. Before i give you the point, i want to see can you take a guess? Ok, if you guess Water you absolutely 100% correct. Drinking water is a great way purify your system and cleanse you body. On a daily basis most people drink coffee, soda, juices containing high in sugar when they wake up in the morning. Then they start out eating unhealthy foods to go along with their unhealthy drinking habits in the morning. Then for the rest of the day most people will have a unhealthy lunch and dinner. I say stop treating yourself to all these unhealthy eating habits and start eating and start your day off with a large glass of water. Then as you go about your day it's ok to start eating something healthy for breakfast. As lunch approaches your body is ready to start absorbing more healthy foods like fruits, healthy snacks or lite sandwiches (lean turkey, chicken, tuna, egg whites salad. As your day is going along until dinner time you can snack on whole wheat cracker, yogurts of your choice, crackers with low- fat peanut butter, or even veggie snacks like celery sticks, carrots, radishes, or a owl of fruits. Ok Now, it's dinner time and you have been eating health all day it's ok to eat a good dinner, " Do Not Over Do It" Choosing something you will enjoy of your choice (Broil or Baked Fish or chicken, Lean Beef or Pork with no fat, Seafood stir-fried with rice or vegetables. After eating your dinner and you want desert you deserve to have a slice of cake or A scoop of ice cream. Again "Do Not Over Do It". Having a better solution in changing your eating habits will make you a world of a difference of your health. REMEMBER DRINK GLASS OF WATER BEFORE EACH MEAL YOU EAT AND YOU WILL SEE THE POUNDS DISAPPEAR

BAKED CRAB CAKES WITH JAPANESE BREAD CRUMBS

Crab Cakes Ingredients: 2 green onions, minced, 1/2 small red pepper, 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbs flour, 3 tbs heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbs fresh chives, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, 2 pound Lump Crab Meat, salt and pepper to taste, Portion your crab cakes to the size you like. (round crab cakes about 4 inched) Breading: 1 cup flour, 3 eggs, 2 cups Japanese Bread Crumbs ( your choice to bread your crab cakes or not)

Now that you have portioned and sized your crab cakes and you have all the ingredients you can brown the outside of your crab cakes in a pan and finished your crab cakes in the oven. Set your oven on about 375 degrees and baked them for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Choose a sauce of your liking or here are a few you can choose from: Sweet & Sour, Oriental Plum Sauce, Honey Mustard, Regular Cocktail Sauce, Lemon Tomato Basil Sauce, Spicy Tomato Salsa. Enjoy the great taste of Baked Crab Cakes

FRESH GRILLED FISH WITH HERBAL MARINADE OR BAKED FISH ON THE GRILL

TUNA OR SALMON( BAKED WRAPPED) The first step: place your fish on wax paper, then you will need to place aluminum foil under the baker paper with the fish. Now the second step is to add your seasonings. I like using a complete seasoning. The third step is to rub the fish with olive oil, add a half lemon juice. Ok Now you can add sliced tomato steaks on top of the fish topped with fresh basil.thin sliced online and 3 garlic cloves. Wrap both ends tight and its time to bake on the grill. Cook for about 15 TO 20 minutes. (Time may very depending on the size of your fish.)

GRILLED TUNA OR SALMON, place your fish on the hot grill and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes on both sides. Then while waiting for your fish to cook, you can rub some of your marinade onto your fish from the head to tail end. This will allow all the special seasonings to cook into the fish.This will also enhance the favors during the cooking process.Enjoys and grill to your perfection.
